We’re looking for an experienced and capable Resourcing Coordinator to join our small but mighty People Hub, reporting directly to our Head of People and working closely with our Training and Development Lead. You’ll be responsible for supporting our People Hub, working closely with hiring managers to assist the end-to-end recruitment process and supporting our Team Members throughout their employment journey with TPF.

**Key Duties**:

- Ensure consistency and accuracy of our job descriptions and ads.
- Responsible for organising onboarding plans for new starters, including logistics, setup of inductions and hotel bookings.
- Own all resourcing administration, including new starter, employee lifecycle, absence and leaver paperwork.
- Responsible for maintaining accurate employee records and files, including on our HR System (SageHR).
- Work closely with Payroll and our Finance Hub to ensure they have accurate and timely pay data, including starters, leavers and absences.
- Responsible for undertaking all new starter checks, such as DBS, References and Right to Work.
- Carry out regular employee data audits to ensure GDPR and ISO compliance (full training will be provided).
- Play a key role in supporting our company culture, from ensuring birthdays and long service are celebrated, to implementing exciting plans for staff celebrations and events.
- Play a key role in building a culture of inclusion, continual development, collaboration and positive mental health & wellbeing.
- Own the organising and processing of Probations. Support with Appraisals.
- Process Leavers and conduct Exit Interviews.
- Provide occasional support with formal meetings, such as logistics and minute taking.
- Measure and report on resourcing metrics, such as recruitment costs and time-to-hire, attrition and leaver reasons.
- Be a main source of company communication, ensuring strong communication and engagement by providing regular updates to all Team Members, including our newsletter, posting engaging content of Workplace, formal communications and company updates.
- Be a first point of contact for Team Member queries. Become a known and trusted contact for all Team Members, both in the field and Central Administration Office.
- Jump in and support the Head of People and the Training & Development Lead when needed.

- A people person who enjoys working in a dynamic and lively environment, with a sense of fun and passion about Recruitment and HR
- Friendly and personable with a good sense of humour and a polite, professional manner.
- Previous Recruitment and HR experience within a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive and highly organised with a commitment to consistent quality and attention to detail.
- An affinity and commitment towards diversity and inclusion.
- The ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion.
- An excellent and confident communicator with a great customer service approach and solution focused.
- Experience of using Sage HR system or another HRIS.
- IT literate, tech savvy and embracing the use of technology. Experience of Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides) would be an advantage.
- Comfortable working in a changing and pressured environment.
