About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Preconstruction Planning Specialist to join our team in Hitchin. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project planning, with expertise in developing robust schedules and resource allocation plans.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading the preconstruction planning process, including project scheduling, resource planning, and identifying critical milestones. You will also develop detailed project programmes and schedules using industry-leading planning software, as well as identify and mitigate project risks.

The successful candidate will have experience of working with supply chain partners, having interaction with customers and communities, and NEC forms of contract experience. Claims or dispute experience would be advantageous.

We offer a competitive salary of £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including a pension scheme, private medical insurance, and incentive bonus.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in project planning and coordination
- Strong knowledge of project scheduling software
- Experience of working with supply chain partners
- NEC forms of contract experience
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
