**We have an opportunity for a Project Technical Assistant **to join our SES Operational team in Harwell near Oxford. The focus of this role will be to provide quality controlled administrative and technical support, with the flexibility to work from site, across a number of sites and from within the Regional Offices.

**Key Accountabilities include**:

- Provide support to the Project Team with all engineering functions including requirements of site based personnel

Manage document workflows as set up on Aconex document management system (training will be given)

Manage documents in accordance with the OF relating to SharePoint
- Undertake administrative functions of the Project Team to ensure efficient operation of the site(s)
- Carry out a quality control function of auditing, maintaining and training to ensure we have a uniformed compliance with Company Standards and Procedure across all projects
- Have a responsibility to take care for the Health and Safety of others
- Adopt other varying duties to meet the requirements of each project as directed by the Company.

**We are looking for **an individual with good administrative and organisations skills, as well as basic knowledge of construction and engineering.

**To be successful in the role** you will be able to carry out your role with flexibility, dictated by size and spread of projects and business needs. Computer literacy and a driving licence are also essential.
