We have a great opportunity for an experienced and motivated Plant Operator based in the Slab Handling Operations department on the Tata site, Port Talbot.

**Attributes**
- Working in alignment with Health & Safety regulations by reporting defects, hazards and accidents
- Carry out pre-start machine inspections
- Provide services in line with customer requirements
- Operate mobile plant
- Good communication skills promoting positivity with colleagues and customers
- Reliable and flexible attitude

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years Heavy Plant operational experience
- Experienced at driving heavy plant vehicles
- Full UK Driving Licence

**Package**:

- Working on a 4 on 4 off 12-hour shift pattern, 2-day shifts followed by 2-night shifts over a 7 day week
- Average hourly rate £16.53 (inclusive of premium rates)
- Overtime available in line with business requirements
- Auto enrolled onto the company pension scheme
- 30 days holiday per year inclusive of Bank holidays

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to £16.53 per hour

Schedule:

- 12 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Quarterly bonus

**Experience**:

- heavy plant operational: 2 years (required)
- driving heavy plant vehicles: 2 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)
