Customer Support
Pertemps are currently recruiting for a Customer Support to join a manufacturer company based in Whiteparish. This is a full time, permanent role.
Responsibilities as a Customer Support:

- Carry out administrative duties such as order loading, amendments, quotes, etc.- Manage customer accounts and liaise with customers- Develop an understanding of the supply chain requirements and ensure customers' needs are met- Maintain specific information regarding daily operations of the company- Answer incoming telephone calls**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in customer support or administrator position- Confident in all Microsoft packages, especially Word and Excel- Strong communication and organisational skills- Have a good attention to detail- Ability to work independently and as part of a teamThis position is a full time, permanent role. This role is working Monday to Thursday 8:30am -17:00pm and Friday 8:30am - 16:00pm. The salary is £19,000 - £23,000 per annum, depending on experience.
