**Salary**:£26,609 - £30,472 pro rata + a range of benefits to support your finances, wellbeing and family.

**Working Pattern**: 6 Month Fixed Term Contract | Full Time | Flexible First options available

**About the role**:
We have an opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join our Works Delivery department on a 6 month fixed term contract. You will play a vital role in supporting various departments within the Works Delivery Department of SSE, and as the department is ever changing, we are looking for someone who can adapt to a fast moving and ever evolving team with enthusiasm and a positive approach to ensure we deliver the needs of the business and these departments.

**The position will include**:

- Administrative and compliance duties including raising Purchase Orders, ordering Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and ID badges.
- During times of bad weather, you will be required to give support, this may mean working outside of your normal hours, duties and potentially location.

**What do I need?**

To be considered for this role, we would love you to have:

- Excellent customer service and communication skills, and a passion for providing help and support to colleagues.
- An understanding of safety compliance.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- The ability to analyse data and reports.
- The ability to coordinate tasks to meet deadlines in a busy, but also exciting environment and be able to switch between work streams as required.
