Adviceline Assessor

We are looking for people who are passionate about giving an effective service to those most in need, in the local New Forest area. You will need to demonstrate strong administrative skills and an ability to work under your own initiative.

You will help deliver our telephone advice service to our New Forest clients by answering our dedicated phone line and establishing what the client’s situation is and what outcome they’d like to achieve.

Full training is available on our range of advice areas.

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, part time hours considered, 3 months’ probation, fixed term contract for 12 months.

Salary £21,255 pro rata per annum.

Fixed term contract for 12 months

Interviews: week beginning 23/1/23
