Human Resources Advisor

Rustington, Nr Chichester West Sussex

Hybrid, 1 day approx. work from home, with occasional travel to London/Essex

We are recruiting for an HR/ER Advisor to join an ambitious and energetic team.

Working within a busy, varied and fast paced consultancy firm, who are passionate about supporting their clients and partnering them in a way that exceeds their expectations, you will work flexibly and respond to clients’ needs to maintain the service levelsthey are proud of.

In this role, you will proactively support the team of Business Partners and clients directly, with the delivery of various HR responsibilities:

- Advise, guide, and manage a variety of employee relations matters, working with managers at various levels
- Support internal Business Partners with key strategic projects and organisational development activity
- Manage recruitment campaigns from scoping requirements through to interview and offer
- Work closely with our learning and development team to provide additional value to clients
- Support business and clients with Employment Law updates
- Creation and maintenance of HR policy and processes

The ideal person will have:

- An open and curious mindset, driven to add value and hungry to learn and grow
- A strong generalist background, comfortable dealing with complex employee relations matters
- Familiar with and comfortable working in a multi-client environment
- Self-directed problem solver with a creative outlook and the ability to communicate with different stakeholders, both internally and externally with proactive confidence
- Solid employment law knowledge
- An eye for detail and passion for HR
- Strong IT and customer service skills
