**Senior HR Advisor / HR Consultant**
- Salary circa £38,000 depending on experience
- Full Time, Permanent
- Office based (Rustington, West Sussex) with some home working and client travel

A driven and vibrant HR and L&D consultancy, passionate about bringing first class partnership and expertise to our varied and wonderful clients, we're looking for an experienced Senior HR Advisor to join our friendly team.

As their key people partner, we build high quality People Plans developing engagement and culture initiatives, responding to ER challenges, providing legal and technical guidance, managing change projects, and developing and coaching teams to deliver exceptional outcomes.

Our clients tell us they love the uniqueness of our expertise across HR and L&D. We have exceptionally strong experience in HR, Employment Law, Skill Development, Team Performance Coaching, Executive Coaching and Behavioural Development, and we bring all these areas to support our clients.

As a Senior HR Advisor with Aspiring, you will work across our full client portfolio providing high quality advice and project work on a wide range of topics: recruitment, ER cases (discipline, capability, absence), change and restructures, EDI, engagement, policy updates and advice, HRIS implementation.

Our environment moves at pace and is varied and client focused - no two days are the same so variety and development opportunities are abundant. We're looking for individuals with drive and a desire to proactively explore growth for our clients and for Aspiring.

Based in Rustington, near Worthing, West Sussex our office is in walking distance of the sea (which is heavenly for lunch time walks).

All our roles blend client visits (mostly London and the South) with office working and scope for some home working - after all, a quiet day at home to crack a piece of project work in our PJs is a blessing for most of us

Our holiday offer is 33 days, inclusive of bank holidays with an additional paid day off for your birthday.

We also spend 1 day a year together volunteering as a team to support a community project or need.
