The Role: Supporting our HR Business Partners and Advisors as they deliver for our clients, and working as a critical member of the team, this role offers a varied and interesting opportunity for an experienced HR Administrator.

We are looking for a pro-active, organised and dynamic administrator with the ability to confidently support the team and our clients. You will need excellent IT skills and the ability to manage fast moving priorities in a calm and systematic manner.
- Onboard new clients and establish their HR policies and systems.
- Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts and new hire guides.
- Review and update company policies.
- Liaise with external partners such as Occupational Health, HRIS providers and legal compliance.
- Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics (e.g. turnover rates, stability, absence).
- Proactively manage varied HR Information systems, updating records in a timely manner (e.g. starters, leavers, maternity, holiday).
- Monitor and manage client HR in-boxes, responding where appropriate and escalating to HR Advisors where needed.
- Answer employees queries about HR-related issues.
- Assist payroll providers by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leave, absence, sick days and work schedules).
- Provide accurate and timely administration support to our team and clients.
- Ensure all correspondence are prepared to a high standard with a ‘right first time’ approach to detail.
- Participate in HR projects

**Salary**: £26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
