This role in sits within the Customer Service Group which is responsible for delivering all aspects of the Sky customer service proposition.

What you will do:
We have heaps of ambition and are focussed on delivering the best service in the country. As a Project Leader within Change and Projects, you’ll be playing your part in realising our ambition by designing and delivering key parts of our service transformation programmes and supporting the business landing key change initiatives.

You’ll be a proactive organiser and planner and your role is to lead the design, build, launch and landing of change into the Service Group with a big focus on benefits management and enabling realisation. We don’t walk away when the change hits the ground; we are tenacious and adaptive to ensure we embed and optimise to secure the desired results.

As part of the Customer Service Group you will champion the voice of the operation as well as our customers and ensure change lands effectively across the organisation.
- Lead projects across Service, HSS, & Digital with accountability for these projects to be delivered on-time and within scope.
- Through brilliant relationships with your business sponsors and owners, define the project vision, objectives, & scope.
- Using your knowledge of the CSG operations, wider business and customer journeys expertly impact assess at pace.
- Build a project plan to move to execution using the right change approach (i.e. Agile/ Waterfall).
- Provide right sized project governance by documenting & engaging the right stakeholders, agreeing meeting structure and detailing R&Rs.
- Create & manage detailed project plans and track progress providing regular stakeholder reports to ensure clear communication of milestones, risks and issues.
- Plan, organise and facilitate all project meetings & workshops to achieve the desired outputs including HoD/Director level sessions.
- Drive realisation of project objectives through planning, prioritization, & management of key activities and tracking of business benefits. Agree and implement project closure plans capturing lessons learned.
- Manage the project team in an emotionally intelligent way providing the right level of direction, guidance & support to deliver quality outputs.

- Play an active part to support and drive broader departmental initiatives, that together make Service, Change and Support people experience the best it can be.

What you will bring:

- Excellent organisational & planning skills with experience of leading E2E delivery of projects where skills in ops change and readiness are key.
- Understanding of project delivery best practices and how to project manage to high standards. Basic knowledge of Waterfall & Agile is required with experience of using Change Management strategies advantageous.
- Highly professional communication and presentation skills with an ability to create and deliver a clear story or message. People skills to build & manage relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Resilience, self-motivation & ability to work with ambiguity & high level direction to independently own project shaping, set up and delivery
- Knowledge of, or the ability to quickly gain understanding of a wide variety of Sky business areas.
- Prior experience delivering through others, or an ability to coach and upskill members of the team is advantageous
