**Project Assistant**

£18,000 - £22,000 (Dependent on Experience)
40 hours per Week

**The Company**:
Based in Livingston, Scotland, Click Netherfield are museum showcase experts with over 50 years' experience working for royal families, world leaders, national institutions, museums, artists, and private collectors. Our showcases preserve, protect and present artefacts and objects and we design, engineer and manufacture our showcases in-house and then deliver around the world for installation by our own skilled teams.

**The Role**:
We are recruiting for a Project Assistant to join and support our Project Management and Commercial teams. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to progress their career in project management or for someone who has gained lots of experience in a project management or business administration role. You will be working with our Project Coordinators, Project Managers and Senior Project Manager to provide an effective administration function and to contribute to the delivery of exciting domestic and international projects for prestigious clients. You’ll also support our Commercial Team who are responsible for estimating and tendering for new projects.

**Responsibilities**:
Your day-to-day duties and responsibilities may vary but will you:

- Provide an effective administration and support function to the PM department and Commercial Department by assisting with the updating of project documentation, maintaining internal control systems and general document control duties.
- Manage outgoing and incoming mail for the department and to direct incoming calls within the business
- Support the Project Management team with administrative duties and to ensure smooth running of the PM Office
- Attend project meetings as and when required and record accurate minutes and capture actions
- Assist with the submission of project documents and technical drawings as directed
- General admin support to our Project Management and Commercial teams

**To be successful in this role, you will need**:

- Ideally some project related and / or strong administration experience
- To be a people person with excellent organisational and effective time management skills.
- To work well under pressure and to deadlines
- To be IT proficient including the use of Microsoft 365 - particularly Outlook, Excel, proprietary database management and other internal systems
- To have excellent communication skills, a pleasant phone manner and good attention to detail
- To have a willingness to learn and be part of the team

**Salary**: £18,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
