Regional Sales Manager

A leading manufacturer of effective and innovative skincare products, professionally dispensed across the Aesthetic market is looking for a Regional Manager to join them.
Reporting to the National Sales Manager you’ll play a pivotal part in adding value to the business through strategic area sales planning, and effectively leading an established team based in the South of England.
You’ll need to have a proven track record in a similar role and be a dab hand at cultivating relationships with your team and industry partners alike.
**Responsibilities**
- Provide support to your team through coaching and mentoring, helping them to reach their targets and aspirations
- Undertake the day-to-day management of the team, embedding a culture of continual learning and knowledge sharing
- Collaborate with the key stakeholders to develop and implement plans, managing the relationships with key strategic partners
- Oversee the P&L with the region, setting regular targets which align with objectives
- Manager all aspects of product pricing, regularly monitoring and reviewing pipelines and forecasts
- Collaborate with key teams to shape the sales strategy of the region - identifying ways to promote better working practices within the regional team sharing success where possible with the wider business
- Develop and nurture relationships with industry partners who share the same goals and ethos

- Proven track record of individual account management capability and achieving set KPIs
- Demonstrable cross-functional management skills
- Measurable success in creating a high-performing team
- Qualified coach or equivalent experience to demonstrate practical results
