**Who you’ll be supporting & more about the role**:
We currently have opportunities for caring, enthusiastic and self-motivated individuals to join our great staff team in **Castlemilk**. Well situated in this diverse area, the service is close to amenities and bus routes.

In this role you will be supporting a gentlemen to live independently in his own home and community and work with a tailored care and support plan to meet his individual needs with all aspects of daily life.

**We are recruiting for flexible casual/relief work**

Varying shift patterns including - 8am - 8pm / 9am - 9:30pm / Waking nights 8pm - 8am

You will provide various support, he enjoys his lovely garden, being with family, going out and being at home. He really enjoys music and going to concerts as well as going out in the car and community. Previous experience of ASD, schizphrenia and OCD would be an advantage.

We are looking for people with a positive and flexible outlook to their work and adaptive communication styles who will commit to work with individuals through their personal support plans to ensure people achieve their goals and outcomes and celebrate their successes.
