As part of the role, we require a holistic review of the construction procurement process, ensuring the existing supply chain continue to provide best value and maintaining the set standards along with introducing other suppliers who can support in our futureexpansion.

**Responsibilities**:

- Contribute as part of a team to deliver the organisation's goals, budget and improvement aspirations.
- Manage and drive the tender process, from supplier identification, tender assessment, negotiations, through to onboarding.
- Ability to prioritise workload and work to deadlines.
- Ability to balance multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Drive cost efficiencies whilst maintaining the exacting standard expected.
- Assess and manage supplier costs.
- Monitor progress and costs of services supplied cross the programme.
- Continual drive to improve the supply chain and bring new suppliers on board.
- Manage and maintain supplier relationships.

**Requirement/Experience**:

- Self-motivated and driven individual, prepared to commit to delivering value to the programme within a fast paced and demanding environment.
- Must have procurement and buying experience.
- Construction (retail and hospitality) experience whilst preferred, is not essential.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop relationships across all levels.
