Care Team Member

**Hours of Work**:37.5 or 25 hours a week (2/3 12.5 hour shifts per week) with a requirement to work evenings, weekends, and nights on a rota basis.
Martin House provides unique family-led care for children and young people with life-limiting illnesses from across West, North and East Yorkshire.
We now have an amazing opportunity for enthusiastic and caring care team members to join our multi-disciplinary team, to look after children with a range of complex medical needs and provide support to the whole family both at the hospice and at their home.
- Experience in working in a Health or Education Setting
- A passion for providing high quality holistic care
- Enjoy working as part of a multi-disciplinary team
- Able to work a variety of shifts, including weekend and night shifts.
