About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and supportive individual to join our team as a Care Worker. As a member of our Extra Care team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents.

Job Description:

  • Support residents with household and domestic tasks, such as laundry, shopping, cleaning, and financial transactions.
  • Prepare meals, drinks, and snacks as required.
  • Encourage and enable residents to follow agreed care plans.
  • Assist residents with personal care, including washing, bathing, and dressing.
  • Promote resident wellbeing and ensure managers and key agencies are kept informed of progress.
