This is an exciting opportunity for graduates as they are now searching for ambitious, hard-working Business Development Executives to join their team

**Role**:

- Anticipate new business by keeping on top of industry trends and conducting market research to identify new opportunities
- Obtain an in-depth understanding of the company, their offerings and the markets they operate in, in order to have valuable conversations with clients
- Collaborate with other teams within the business to implement a plan of action to gain new business
- This role grants real autonomy and offers an excellent scope for progression into more senior roles

**Requirements**:

- Educated to degree level
- Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills - you must really enjoy engaging with others on a regular basis
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite
- CRM experience
- Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed
