**Meadows Edge Care Home requires an experienced Full time Clinical Lead**

**We are a 45 bed registered nursing home**.

We require an experienced, passionate, self motivated and articulate RGN to lead us toward our goal of providing outstanding care.

The role involves implementing policies, processes and procedures to ensure the delivery of full nursing care and in particular training other staff members to develop their clinical skills.
- A qualified RGN/RMN with a valid NMC pin number.
- Committed and dedicated.
- A confident communicator.
- Good IT skills essential.
- Clinically experienced.
- Leadership/Mentoring experience essential.
- **The Role**:

- To ensure high standards of care are provided to residents in line with their Care plan and company policy. This will include:

- Leading, motivating and mentoring the care team to ensure effective deployment and smooth and efficient running of the care home
- Monitoring of all nursing tasks including distribution of medication, dressings, catheterisations, peg care and management of chronic medical conditions.
- Liaise with health and social care professionals involved in the well being of individual residents to maintain a holistic approach to their care
- Promoting our residents’ independence, choice, dignity and respect by delivering the very best standards of care.
- Take charge in the absence of the manager.
