An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Personnel Services Team for a HR Data & Processing Officer.

As HR Data & Processing Officer you will be the main point of contact for users (both internal and external) of the HR & Payroll self-service system (Myview), providing advice, guidance and training on the processes, as well as dealing and resolving queries of a technical nature. In addition to supporting users, you will be key to ensuring the self-service system is functional, accurately configured in accordance with HR operational business processes and developed to meet future needs. You will also ensure the integrity of the HR/Payroll system data, run HR reports in response to service needs and FOI requests, along with submitting statutory returns and deal with ad hoc projects in relation to TUPE transfers in and managing the implementation of new HR Traded services clients.

We are looking for someone with significant experience of operating, supporting, understanding, developing and providing advice and guidance on an integrated HR/Payroll system and experience of resource link would be desirable. The ability to solve problems of a complex nature is essential, as is exceptional IT and communication skills. Understanding and knowledge of local government and schools terms and conditions of employment is advantageous.
