We have a proven track record in supplying a diverse customer base including Restaurant Groups, Airlines, Cruise Ships, High Street & Catering Butchers, UK Multiples and Online Businesses.

We are expanding our team and are looking for a Transport Assistant to join our Transport team in Banbury.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintaining driver records, including regular licence checks, CPC, medicals
- Management of payment of fines, parking tickets and accurate recording in database
- Recording and checking fuel receipts versus transaction reports.
- Admin of company vehicle changes and liaison with payroll to notify accordingly
- Debriefing of drivers and checking paperwork is correct and in order
- General office administration

**Skills and Experience**:

- Administration experience/PC literate - Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Good time management and organisational skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
