**Hours: Full time Monday to Friday**

**Salary: £25 - 30,000 plus annual company discretionary bonus up to 10% salary**

We are working on behalf of an award winning and expanding organisation who are looking to recruit into their Customer Service team due to continued growth and new business contract wins to support at Account Manager level. This role is a business-to-businessposition to support their customers, assist in onboarding new customer account acquisitions and maintaining the existing customer base. You will play a pivotal role in the rollout of products and services to customers. Excellent customer service, account managementand communication skills are essential for this position.

The company operate a hybrid working model whereby you will be office based 3 days and home based 2 days. They have a flexible working policy so you can choose hours between 8am until 6pm.

Role and responsibilities:

- As a Customer Account Manager you will act as a main point of contact to key customer accounts and work as a team to provide a best in class customer service experience
- Responsible for building and maintaining strong working relationships with the growing customer base
- Assist in onboarding new customer accounts following successful business acquisitions
- Engage with the technical team regarding any technical system queries
- Update the Customer Service Manager on issues or business risk
- Responsible for accurately recording all customer communications into the CRM system
- Provide feedback on customer experience and suggest process improvements

Skills and experience required:

- Proven demonstrable work history in an account management or customer coordinator position essential
- Account managment and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to accurately process data with strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with a polite and professional nature
- Customer focused attitude
- Comfortable to work within a collaborative team
