**The Role**:
Based in our East Kilbride office, this Full time role’s duties will include:

- Managing training requirements of engineers
- Coordinating service engineers
- Ensuring assets are up to date on in house systems and assigned correctly
- Maintaining blackline and compliance of units
- Logging calls
- Closing down calls on customer portals
- Actioning of completed calls
- Monitor EE inbox
- Holiday request
- Log near miss reports
- Helping to put the generic documents in to site files
- Help liaise with Engineers on site, see if they can assist in anyway
- Hotel requests
- Developing and monitoring the progress of projects
- Ensuring project timescales, quality and budgets are met
- Managing resources and risks
- Communicating progress effectively and efficiently to management
- Running general reports and other ad-hoc tasks.

**Key Skills Required**:

- Knowledge of the Forecourt/petrol/construction industry would be useful. Full industry specific training is provided
- Experience with the coordination of service engineers
- Excellent organisational skills
- Good problem solving abilities
- Must be a confident communicator
- Good Microsoft Excel knowledge.
