NCO GAS, NCO WATER, NRSWA Initial, NRSWA Re-Assessments, Confined Space (Low, Medium, High Risk & Emergency Rescue), Excavation Support Systems (Deep Ex), SHEA (Gas, Water & Power), Safe Control Of Operations, Water Hygiene, Fire Control, Emergency First Aid, IOSH Working Safely, IOSH Managing Safely are just some of many courses delivered from the CSM Training Centre, Segensworth.

CSM is also approved as a Site Safety Plus Training Provider and delivers Environmental Training approved by the Institute of Environmental Management and Assessment.

**Job description**:
CSM are looking for a Operations Team Assistant to join a growing team at our Main Office in Segensworth, Fareham. This role will be working alongside our Operations Team, who look after the day to day management of our Utility & Site Project Works.

This role will be responsible for:

- Completing Pre-Start Paperwork & Job Packs for upcoming projects, ensuring compliance with company procedures.
- Maintaining & Developing our field based and back office project management system.
- Allocating work correctly on our field based system, ensuring that our Teams are able to complete works efficiently and effectively.
- Ensuring that our field system holds the correct information for our Operatives to deliver the work required.
- Ensuring that project & job documents are completed on time for final submissions.
- Engaging & providing support to our Project Managers & Team Leaders.
- Assisting with the development and submission of Project Completion Folders/O&M Manuals.
- Assisting the Operations & Delivery Team & Management with administrative duties to provide a high quality service for our clients and customers.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Strong communication and organisational skills, with attention to detail being a must.
- Experience in prioritising tasks and managing work load.
- A good level of experience of using Microsoft Office Systems & Suite - Training will be provided for our field based & back office project management system.
- Experience of working in a fast moving and time critical environment, with a high level of client and customer service focus.
