We are seeking a dynamic and experienced PA for the Integrated Elderly and Community Care (IECC) Division

**The Division supports the following service delivery units**: Palliative Care, Medicine for Older People, Community services and Therapies.

Working with the Divisional Triumvirate you will support with the Divisional meetings providing administrative and organisational assistance, arranging meetings, taking minutes and providing agendas and presenting slides.

The Division is committed to providing the very best care possible to all Buckinghamshire residents who require their intervention and care

We are keen to support education and training for any applicant who wishes to extend their skills.

You should be proficient in the use of technology.
1. Provide efficient, comprehensive and pro-active administrative support to the Divisional Chair, Divisional Director and Head of Nursing
2. Be an ambassador for the Divisional Management Team and Trust as a first point of contact
3. Support the Divisional Office in arranging complex meetings, i.e. Senior Team meeting, Divisional Governance, Divisional Board, conferences etc
4. Produce high quality, accurate, succinct minutes of meetings in a timely manner
5. To manage and run an efficient, productive, modern office
6. From time-to-time, make decisions on when to escalate a problem or concern
7. Manage the Divisional Team’s diaries so as to maximise efficient use of available time
8. The post holder may be required to provide cover for other Divisional/Directorate personal assistants as and when necessary.
