**Our client** has an exciting opportunity for a **Reporting and Planning Associate** to join their team in **Caerphilly.**You will join them on a **full-time permanent basis**and in return will receive **a competitive salary**along with great company benefits.

**The Reporting and Planning Associate role**:
As the Pest Elimination Division in the EMEA region becomes increasingly Digital and new Innovations are launched across the region, the back office processes that are critical to success become lower in volume but more specialised. There is a great emphasison information provision as well as being able to run bulk processes in a semi-automated capacity. This frees up time for local Customer Service Teams to focus on value added direct customer contact and automates whilst reducing error. In addition, new innovationsbring with them some administrative need which need to be carefully controlled and developed to a stable position.
The Reporting and Planning Associate will work for the Regional EMEA Reporting and Planning Manager and will support day to day needs of Customer Service teams as they move towards a standardised Digital backbone. They will also be at the forefront of executingnew processes associated with innovations launched to the field teams, and will be involved in feeding back on process efficiency with a view to optimising. Reporting and Planning Associates also work closely with Reporting and Planning Developers to ensurenew reporting tools are fit for purpose and business ready.
**What you will be doing as their** **Reporting and Planning Associate**:
- Run complex and routine reporting for a diverse business unit supporting 7 countries
- Run bulk processes on behalf of local Customer Service Teams using macros and other system based batch processes
- Work on new innovation administrative processes
- Specialist processing and planning for complex customer needs
- Work with developers to ensure that work done by them meets business requirements
- Support launch and training of new reporting and other assistive technologies

- Proven track record of data processing with a high focus on accuracy over speed
- Highly proficient in use of Microsoft Excel
- Ability to understand administrative processes and look for improvement opportunities
- Able to clearly communicate with Managers and Associates in multiple parts of a diverse business
- Able to think creatively around problems and be prepared to work in different ways to get the job done
- English speaking a must, ability to speak French, Spanish or German a significant advantage
