What's the role about?:
**Operations Executive**

**GIG (an Advantage Smollan company)**

**Full Time, Permanent**

**Salary**: £20,000 - £22,000 + Company Bonus Structure + 27 days holiday (+ bank holidays + birthday off)

**Working**: Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 16:00 or 09:00 - 17:00

**Location**: Hybrid Role - 3 days from home and 2 days in our Leeds Head Office (Wednesday and Thursday)

Are you looking to kick start your career in Retail Media/Marketing?_**

**_ We are looking for an Operations Executive to support across the wider business - This will give you strong foundations and the skillset needed for a career in Retail Media; Including supporting office management, B2B marketing, internal operations and ways of working including automation of admin heavy tasks_**

**Responsibilities include**:

- Build & maintain relationships with** Poundland** internal & suppliers
- Ensure appropriate tracking is in place for all relevant parties in order to accurately land all campaigns
- Monitor campaign delivery and ensure compliance across the estate
- Maintain strict booking and implementation processes throughout
- Co-ordinate actualisation of bookings with Sales Managers to ensure billing is accurate
- Suggest and collaborate with key stakeholders one best way of working, to streamline process
- In surge times, supporting our insights and reporting function on the development of post campaign reports
- Support Operations team - e.g. equipment tracking, governance of our sharepoint folders, Microsoft O365 training, onboarding new team members, tidying up marketing and client facing presentations, updating website / LinkedIn content, admin support to our business analysis team
