This is an exciting Payroll Analyst (EU) position, with the opportunity to join one of the leading social media platforms in the world This role will oversee payroll for EU and UK working within the HR and Finance team.

**Client Details**

My client are one of the fastest growing, international social media companies in the world. They are looking for an experience Payroll Analyst to join their London office team on a temporary to permanent basis.

**Description**

As the Payroll Analyst (EU) your responsibilities will include:

- Processsing and managing the payroll operation of multiple countries in Europe
- Implementing and improving payroll processes and operations
- Managing and maintainging strong relationships with payroll vendors and adhering to the contract and SLA
- Liaising with and develop relationships with local authorities, such as Social Security and Tax
- Partnering with HR Business Partners, Finance Management and HR Operations to improve employee experience

**Profile**

The successful Payroll Analyst (EU) will have:

- Over 3 years commercial payroll experience
- Experience dealing with EU payroll and tax
- Experience partnering with HR/Vendor/operational teams and project work
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Second language (Italian, French, Polish, Spanish, German, Swedish) is highly desirable
- Ability to start immediately or on a short notice

**Job Offer**
- £20 per hour (flexible upon experience)
- 3 months temporary with potential to go permanent
- Based in City of London office
- 25 days holiday
- Hybrid working
