**Service Co-Ordinator

A specialist in building and energy management systems. This is a rapidly expanding business with exciting growth and expansion prospects that operates in Europe and the UK & Ireland. Much of the staff is mobile or remote.
**Your new role**:
To organise the service agreements inside a particular area. It's a challenging job that requires excellent communication and planning skills. For someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment inside a developing company, this is a fantasticopportunity. To guarantee that the planning of the service contracts is performed to a high level of service, the ideal applicant must feel at ease communicating with both personnel and clients.
**Duties**
Deploying engineer diaries and informing clients of visits are all aspects of planning that PPM works to accomplish.
- Organizing callouts with the engineer and the customer.
- Constructing callouts for JL
- Engineers' booking of training, meetings, project days, and sick days on JL
- Set up new customers and contracts. Request a new customer form if necessary.
- Existing contract extension
- Track what's updated and what's lost.
- Highly motivated and organized
- Able to work as part of a team or alone
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and able to multitask
- A team player with high level of dedication
- Ability to work under strict deadlines
- An analytical, enquiring mind
- Good IT Skills
