Now entering its 42nd year, Aristocraft design and install bespoke kitchens and bedrooms throughout the West Midlands. We have a main showroom in Brierley Hill, with further showrooms in Solihull, Leamington Spa and Sutton Coldfield.

You will be a key contact within the business and this position requires someone who is proactive and used to working in a challenging and dynamic environment.

The role involves
- Planning and organising installations in customer homes
- Communicating directly with customers, keeping them updated throughout their project and managing their expectations
- Liaising with trades ensuring they have capacity to complete work
- Resolving any issues that arise with materials Including visits's to site when needed
- Logging information on the CRM system to give visibility to the team
- Building and maintain strong relationships with customers, trades and colleagues

Ideally you will have
- Experience of project co-ordination in a similar environment
- Strong organisational skills
- Excellent communication both verbal and written
- Ability to solve problems, multi-task and work well under pressure

Working hours are Monday - Friday 8.00am - 5.00pm

Salary is £30,000 - £35,000pa - negotiable upon experience

The company offers 29 days holiday, casual dress, car parking on site.
