Our client is looking for Bid Writer to join their bid team and play a pivotal role in the preparation, pre-qualification and tender responses. You will be part of a high-performing work-winning team offering real progression opportunities

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the tender process efficiently.
- Collaborate with the business to define winning strategies.
- Manage and update a comprehensive tender information repository.
- Ensure accuracy by meticulously proofreading responses.
- Complete responses to various tender documents, including Pre-qualification, Tender, Approved List, and RFI.
- Update the CRM Sales system to reflect bid progress/completion.
- Maintain a detailed tender opportunity log and track response progress.
- Cultivate relationships with sales teams to gather relevant bid information.

**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**:

- Ensure all tender responses meet client specifications, are complete, and accurate.
- Meet submission deadlines consistently.
- Keep the tender information repository current.
- Maintain an updated tender log tracking progress/completion.

**Skills, Knowledge & Experience**:

- Minimum 2 years of Bid Writing experience.
- Proficient in crafting business context and advanced written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with various levels of management.
- Ability to interpret tender requirements and tailor responses accordingly.
- Excellent proofreading skills.
