**Swift Placements** are currently recruiting on behalf of our specialised Legal 500 client, with offices all over the UK. Due to ongoing growth within the company, an exciting opportunity to join the team has arisen as a **Admin or 'Docupoint Rover'** covering three offices within Shropshire & Herefordshire.

**The Role;**

We are seeking to appoint a new member of our Docupoint Team who will cover our offices in Hereford, Ludlow and Bromyard covering sickness and annual leave. We are flexible as to the office that will be your main base but you will be required to travel between our other offices where required (travel expenses will be reimbursed).Therefore you must have a full driving licence with access to your own vehicle, which you will be required to insure your vehicle for business use.

Docupoint is where all the mail, photocopying, binding, scanning and all other general administration tasks for the firm are performed. The successful applicant will perform a variety of roles including reception duties, data entry, filing and archive management along with the distribution of post.

The role would suit someone with previous administrative or reception experience and who has the ability to demonstrate working in a busy environment. Good organisational and time management skills with a high attention to detail and accuracy are required.
