**Customer Support Agent** working out of their Harrogate offices.

**Duties as the Customer Support Agent will include**:

- Review and action all enquiries sent to the business with an aim to successfully respond in the most efficient manner
- Cover all 1st and 2nd line support matters, escalating the more technical queries to specialist internal team members
- Monitor dedicated inbox and respond ensuring high degree of accuracy in all information provided
- Continually educate yourself with all company products and updates
- Escalate any complaints received ensuring a successful outcome for the customer and business
- Work with the company’s Developers ensuring they are aware of any reported issues

**What we are looking for**:

- Applicants who are passionate about delivering first class customer service
- Confidence in delivering detailed information
- Ability to pick up new product detail
- IT literate
- An interest in IT or Technology would be desirable but certainly not essential
- Experience using SalesForce would be advantageous
- A dedicated work ethic

Our client is looking to reward the successful applicant with a salary up to £24,000 per annum plus a supportive and invested working environment. The working week will be on a rota shift pattern, 5 days per week. Hybrid working is on offer with 2 days from home and 3 from the office.
