Referral Administrator

BDS Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Referral Officer based in the Leeds, LS8 area.
This role will be working with a local Social Justice Charity and you will be the initial point of contact for all related enquiries. This is an admin, full office based role to start ASAP.
Other duties include but are not limited too;
- Process referrals received from referrers.
- Maintain accurate records, analysing and flagging any anomalies to the Referral Hub Manager in line with policies and procedures.
- Make time sensitive decisions regarding the placement of a potential resident in conjunction with support colleagues and managers and in line with contractual and internal policies.
- Assess appropriate placements in sensitive addresses with more complex criteria, whilst making defensible decisions on referral suitability and documenting any additional risk.
- Undertake administrative tasks including coordinating and collating feedback narratives from residents in line with local and national policies.
Hours; Full time
- 40- hours per week
Salary; £21,740 per annum
This is a 6 month temp role with the chance to go perm for the right person.
