**Who are we looking for?** We are currently looking for an experienced Administrator to join our busy Leeds office.

The Sales Support Administrator will assist the Sales and Estimating teams in the North, assisting with new enquiries and ensuring estimating quotes and tenders are actively chased and managed with customers.

The role will also be the contact for some major project customers.

This role is integral to the northern branch as it supports our customers and colleagues, providing excellent customer service from the initial enquiry, giving the customer the best first impression of the business, and ensuring all estimates are dealt with in an efficient manner.

**Duties**:

- Communicating with customers on a daily basis;
- Requesting further information from our customer base to assist estimating
- Creating CRM log/references and setting up project files;
- Inputting sales orders when required
- Chasing referral enquiries and quotations
- Issue third party enquiries to suppliers, and subsequent estimates to customers;
- General administration of estimates, including formulating and issuing estimates to some customers;
**Skills**:

- Excellent attention to detail.
- Exemplary customer service skills.
- Experience in an estimating environment (preferred).
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise workloads.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task
