Internal Communications Executive

We have a new role in our Marketing team for an Internal Communications Executive. This is an exciting opportunity for a communications expert who can work autonomously and is a self-starter. You’ll help shape the internal communications framework with a range of stakeholders across the College and as such will need a confident communication style. You’ll be focussed on parent and employee communications so we’re looking for someone who can adapt and understand different audiences very quickly. Our communications framework will be evolving and - we hope - dynamic. Our goal is to get best reach both internally and externally.
This is an office-based role and works alongside the marketing team reporting to the Head of Marketing. You will be a passionate internal communications expert with experience of working in a similar role and/or experience of customer communications. You will have working experience of planning and/or delivering communication campaigns. Experience of managing complex and conflicting priorities and scheduling and coordination of resources, according to changing needs.
This is a full-time position and the rate of pay is £28,000-£32,000 dependent on experience.
This role is exempt from the Rehabilitation from Offenders Act 1974 therefore you will be asked to disclose all previous convictions not exempt under amendments to the Exceptions Order 1975, 2013 and 2020
