**What is the role of Support Worker?**
The Support Worker is a very exciting role supporting people with 1-1 time with clients offering emotional support and an opportunity including support with tenancy management, budgeting, shopping, cooking, mental health, medication, attending appointments, cleaning and personal hygiene. Clients are offered a dedicated key worker to develop independent living skills, manage their symptoms & medication and attend appointments, and assistance is given to maintain tenancies, manage finances and attend to domestic duties.
**Rate of Pay**:
£12.20 per hour
£44.33 - Sleep in Rate
Double Pay/Sleep on Bank Holidays

**Service**:
This service has 19 flats which have recently been refurbished and contain dining, living space, kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom. A communal staff room and office is on site along with a large kitchen and living area with a smart TV. A stone’s throw away from the high street. Transport links such as Leek bus station is only a short walk away.
