Hooray are proud to be exclusively supporting a local charity to assist in the recruitment for a Governance Coordinator to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.

As a Governance Coordinator you will:

- Support the board and Chief Executive to arrange work plans and meeting agendas
- Ensure annual governance updates are disseminated across the charity
- Support in the drafting of annual reports
- Lead the preparation for meetings, including setting agendas, notifying all parties and setting up the room
- Work alongside HR to support on the recruitment of new trustees

To be successful as a Governance Coordinator, you will:

- Have 2 years experience of working/supporting the secretariat function of a not for profit/charitable organisation
- Hold strong interpersonal skills, with a professional and positive approach
- Have a keen eye for detail and excellent time management skills
- Have prior experience of building and maintaining relationships with senior stakeholders

In return, my client is offering an annual salary of up to £30,000. _Please note this is a full-time, permanent position._
