Job Details

This Learning Environment Coordinator role is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to make a difference in the lives of students. As a key member of the Glos team, you will play a vital role in supporting teaching and learning across the school.

You will work closely with teachers to ensure that cover lessons run smoothly and that students receive the best possible education. Your excellent communication skills and ability to adapt to different situations will make you a valuable asset to the team.

Salary: This part-time position offers a competitive salary of £24,702 - £30,296 per annum (FTE: £18,142 - £22,251) for 32.5 hours per week, term-time only excluding INSET days.

In addition to your salary, you will also receive Local Government Pension Scheme membership with a minimum 27% Employer's pension contribution.

  • Supervise whole class groups and manage pupil behaviour
  • Communicate effectively with staff, pupils, and parents
