**Job Title**: Personal Assistant to the Managing Director

**Salary**: £25,000 - £32,000 per annum (Negotiable based on experience)
Orbis Environmental LTD is seeking a highly organised and experienced Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our Managing Director.
This role extends to offering business administrative assistance to the Director of Operations and the Director of Business Administration.
Meticulous attention to detail, a caring and supportive personality, and the ability to provide clear, direct instruction are essential for success in this role.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Efficiently handle day-to-day scheduling and management of the Managing Director's calendar and schedule.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare detailed itineraries.
- Assist in personal tasks and errands as required by the Managing Director
**Directorial Team Support**:
- Provide administrative support to the Director of Operations and the Director of Business Administration.
- Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and take detailed minutes.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and documentation.
- Offer caring support during difficult times and provide clear, direct instructions as needed.
**Board and Management Meetings**:
- Occasional travel required for board and management meetings.
- Responsible for preparing meeting minutes and taking notes.
- Approximately 1-2 nights of work away per month.
**Office and Remote Working**:
- Based primarily in the Bridgend office with flexibility to work from home occasionally, particularly when directors are working remotely or on client sites.
- Ensure a seamless transition between office and remote working environments.
**General Administrative Duties**:
- Manage office supplies inventory and handle office-related logistics.
- Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure effective communication.
- Undertake ad-hoc projects and duties as required.
**Qualifications & Experience**:
- Minimum 5 years, ideally 10 years, of proven experience as a Personal Assistant.
- Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Caring and supportive personality, capable of providing emotional support and clear direction.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office and other office management tools.
- Ability to work independently and with a “get things done” attitude.
- Discretion and confidentiality are paramount.
