**After-Sales Assistant**
An opportunity has arisen for someone to join our team covering maternity leave. We distribute medical appliances throughout the UK and Ireland and are looking for a mature, enthusiastic individual to assist with After-Sales for our business. We pride ourselves on our service so the role is a highly important one so organisational skills and professionalism are a must.
**Key Tasks**:
- **Processing orders**:
- **Processing warranty spare parts**:
- **Organising repairs and service visits with our technicians and service partners**:
- **Booking in and dispatching spare parts**:
- **Stock management**:
- **Updating documentation**:
- **General office assistance.
**Key skills required**:
- **Must have experience in using Microsoft packages**:
- **Good literacy skills**:
- **A full UK driving licence due to office location**:
- **Good organisational, time management, and planning skills.**:
- **Ability to learn new software**:
- **Ability to prioritise your workload.
**Key qualities required**:
- **A mature and positive attitude**:
- **A team player, presentable and professional at all times.
**Job Type**: Temporary contract
Contract length: 15 months
**Salary**: From £20,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Bridgend: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
