**Summary**:
***Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure all key student data is collected in advance of courses, including travel details and health and personal information.
- Issue booking confirmation documents, invoices and visa letters.
- Build key relationships with agents, internal and external customers from across the world.
- The job holder will be expected to operate in accordance with EC Young Learners Code of Conduct, and any local policies and operating procedures relating to academic, welfare and safeguarding matters.

**Experience Desired**:

- Reservation and administrative experience ideally within the Language School Industry.

- Conscientious and able to focus on completing work to a consistently high standard

- Adaptable to working in a fast paced, ever-changing environment
