You will be responsible for providing essential administrative support to our High-Cost Drugs team, facilitating the efficient operation of programmes aimed at the optimisation of high-cost medicines. This involves: - Coordinating with clinical and pharmacy teams to streamline administrative processes for drug optimisation programs. Managing communications with external homecare providers and acting as a liaison for Blueteq, ensuring compliance and efficiency in our processes. Supporting service delivery improvements by participating in initiatives to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness in the use of high-cost drugs. Contributing to the identification and implementation of process enhancements to improve stock management and reduce waste. Maintaining a focus on patient-centric service delivery, ensuring that patient information and care plans are accurately managed and communicated. Providing support and collaboration within the team, fostering an environment of continuous learning and development, and assisting in the performance management and training of team members. Your role will also involve working closely with various stakeholders, including pharmacy dispensary staff, clinical teams, and external providers, to ensure the effective management and optimisation of high-cost drugs. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to critical healthcare services, supporting both operational efficiency and patient care.
