Based at one of our Southern locations and reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager you will be integral member of the highly motivated yet professional Talent Acquisition Team and the wider HR Department, you’ll need to demonstrate in-depth knowledge of recruitment best practice and will be confident in expressing your ideas and opinions while remaining discreet when dealing with confidential HR information.
Your day to day will typically involve:
- Managing the full end to end recruitment process including writing & posting job adverts on social media and various recruitment platforms.
- Evaluating the recruitment process and identifying improvements in recruitment going forward.
- An ability to think strategically and creatively in identifying and engaging top talent.
- Strong people skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Able to identify challenges in the recruitment process and propose effective solutions.
- Results-oriented with a focus on meeting and exceeding recruitment goals.
- Well-versed in the use of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- A track record of successful negotiation and thinking outside the box on hard to fill vacancies.
- Experience within the Test, Inspection and Certification sector.
- An existing network/experience of recruiting within various industries that we operate, including Nuclear, Aerospace, Oil & Gas, and Renewables.
