- Responding to alarm activation and emergency situations, ensuring that company and client protocols are followed.
- Communicate issues to the Shift Supervisor or Campus Security Manager.
- Provide accurate and informative shift handovers.
- Monitor the CCTV, EACS and Alarm systems, ensuring all activations are responded to in a timely manner.
- Act as the first point of call for client and employee queries and escalate accordingly.
- Oversee the issuing of key handling procedures.
- Any other duties as directed by Campus Security Manager.

Essential Skills
