**Product Partnerships Team**:
Day to day, the product partnerships team are responsible for building, maintaining, and creating strong relationships with prospective and existing partners. We manage the recruitment and retention of independent partners.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
As a Product Partnerships Support you will be responsible for coordinating and completing outbound calling activities to partner establishments including but not limited to mystery shopping and information gathering to complete a number of different QA activities.
- Prepare and submit timely reports and presentations where required to share results of activities carried out.
- Utilising data and information gathered or researched to create action plans that are strategically aligned with team and business goals.
- Deliver feedback both to individuals and at a team level as and when required on findings from discussions with partner establishments.
- Complete systems updates and administration changes to maintain accurate records.
- Assisting with pipeline management as and when required
- Working with the wider team to deliver strategic initiative activities to drive quality and product excellence.
- Always ensure compliance with company policies in line with ISO 27001:2013, BS 10012:2017, ISO 50001:2018, ISO 22301:2019.

**Salary**: From £22,000.00 per year
