Culture Recruitment are working with a Business Services company who provide invaluable data to the social housing sector. We are looking for someone who has the flair for channelling new business as well as having a strong understanding of the impact thesoftware and data can work to achieve better services within social housing.

Main responsibilities of the Business Development Executive are:

- Generating a pipeline of new business opportunities
- Delivering profitable sales revenues with long term customer commitment
- To overachieve unit and revenue targets
- Proactively create business development opportunities by relationship selling
- Use multi-channel activities to self-generate opportunities including, but not exclusively, face to face networking, LinkedIn and other social media, attendance at events and exhibitions, referrals and general canvassing
- To execute on high quality marketing generated leads
- To promote the organisation and its brand through all external communications
- To be the first contact for incoming sales enquiries, responding with excellent customer service
- To update and track your sales pipeline through our CRM system
- To forecast accurately and consistently your pipeline and sales progress towards given targets

The ideal Business Development Executive will:

- Have experience of selling a solutions product to senior stakeholders
- Have strong presentation and communication skills
- Ideally have knowledge of social housing or the public sector and the different pressures that brings within the industry

This role is remote however there are offices in Coventry and meeting points across the UK.

Its a great new role to get your teeth into and can offer plenty of financial reward and progression working in a close knit team.

Salary starting at £30-£35k with 100% OTE.
