Due to the company’s continued success and continued growth, they are looking for a Customer Liaison Officer / Engineer Scheduler to join their head office team in their Mansfield office.

You will schedule and oversee maintenance visits to customers and allocate engineers and act as customer liaison officer, communicating directly with end users.

A fantastic opportunity for an experienced individual who has worked in a similar role before and for someone looking to develop their career and become a valued member of a friendly growing team and business team.

Customer Liaison Officer / Engineer Scheduler will liaise with site engineers to ensure jobs are responded to, process completed paperwork and liaise with customers to ensure all updates are communicated effectively.

You’ll also attend client review meetings.

**What we’re looking for**
- Good IT skills and familiarity with Microsoft packages
- Excellent customer service skills
- Be able to communicate and build successful working relationships with customers and other employees
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Administration experience

**What’s on offer**
- Working hours of Monday to Friday 8am til 5pm
- A salary of up to £28,000 depending on experience
