Working Days: Monday to Friday, Shift Pattern: 8 - 5 pm, Salary £24,000

As **Customer Services Advisor** for you will be providing a fantastic service, supporting the business to resolve issues relating to claims and complaints.

**Your role will includes**
- Liaise with the client (Openreach) on shared platforms to acknowledge, further and respond on complaints and claims raised and deal through to resolution.
- Raise complaints and claims and refer details to relevant stakeholders.
- Follow escalation process for complaints and claims as appropriate.
- Ensure Managers are given accurate details of complaints on time and are tracked for closures.
- Allocation of a complaint against root cause to report back to the Area Teams.
- Provide Area Managers with statistics of complaints and claims broken back by Engineer. Provide ECJ weekly report to Openreach on compliance of surveys completed. Provide weekly reports to Managers in relation to non-compliance of Engineers completing surveys.
- Work with the Customer Service Manager, the Quality Manager, and the Operational Support Team to identify poor performance across the scorecard

Pay: £24,000.00 per year
