Apprentice Administrator

This role is for an individual who has a passion for Business Administration, and who is interested in getting paid while they learn and gain a recognised qualification in this field.
This is a fast-paced role which requires an enthusiastic, customer focused individual who can react quickly and professionally at all times.
You will be required to provide administrative support to the buildings team updating company and client systems and documents with progress and completion data. You will also be responsible for meeting and diary management for the team. Great team working skills will be an essential aspect to be successful in this role.
As an Apprentice, we will support you to gain skills, experience and confidence whilst you work towards a Level 3 Advanced Business Administration Apprenticeship.
**Skills & Experience**
- Confident, enthusiastic, self-motivated and proactive
- Good Interpersonal and communication skills
- High level of attention to detail.
- Strong planning and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks when required
- The ability to work well in a team responding quickly to support colleagues
- Strong PC skills (MS Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Positive with a ‘can do’ attitude and ability to learn
- Proactive in nature and who take pride in ‘getting things done’ to a high standard
- Must be willing to complete an 18-month Level 3 Advanced Business Administration Apprenticeship
**Qualifications**
- Minimum GCSE - Maths & English grade 5 or above
- A-Levels (desirable)
